perfect locationcute vibecozy lounges
the location are perfect to access many shops. staff are attentive and the environment felt so cute. the real fireplace and cozy lounges are also appealing.
my room needed a bit of ac maintenance, but it was eventually addressed.

The decor was quite nice, especially the christmas decorations. It created a quaint, festive setting.
service proved inconsistent . the barman was too busy to even make eye contact, and i was told a drink would involve a long wait. the concierge also failed to secure a cab i requested over an hour in advance, forcing me to use a ride-sharing service.

The hotel had a fantastic location. it was easy to access various points of interest. the check-out time was at 12 pm. This was a great bonus. the staff were polite and professional during check-in.
the room was hot when i stayed. the weather was not very warm. there was no air conditioning, even with a fan and open windows it was hard to sleep. i found it difficult to charge devices on both sides of the bed.

i found the location to be very convenient. the staff was friendly. i especially loved the cozy seating areas near the fireplace.
i was placed in a room much smaller than i expected. the interior window only showed pipework, so i kept the curtains closed. i also heard every other guest in surrounding rooms, and the creaking floorboards woke me up.
